The idea is that these technical bulletins are planned to have the same status as ALG memos do for the contractors; once it’s in their UKAS expect you to abide by it until such time as it goes into the updated guidance.

  •  starts beyond the expiry date of their current licence,

or

  • continues beyond that date.
